Assemblyman
Gregg, an active member of the Assembly Commerce,
Tourism, Gaming and Military and Veteran's Affairs
Committee, has once again sponsored legislation eliminating
New Jersey's duplicative Sub Chapter S Corporation
Tax as well as legislation which would allow vendor
to retain 1% of the sales tax they collect as compensation
for administrative costs. Also at the forefront of
measures the Assemblyman has proudly sponsored this
session is the 10-20-Life Law which permits for extended
penalties for offenders utilizing weapons during the
course of committing a crime. The Assemblyman remains
committed to the 65 mph speed limit increase which
he originally authored and which has resulted in a
safer and more consistent travel experience, as well
as to increased mass transportation for our area of
the state
